Online or in-person sessions are $170.00 per 50 minute session. I hold 30 years experience in working with clients who are ready to dive deep into their inner world and unleash their full potential. I also provide professional therapists with clinical supervision at the rate of $170.00 per 50 minute session (online or in-person).

I provide a combination or emphasis in Jungian, Adlerian, psychodynamic - depth psychology, CBT, intersectionally and trauma informed, as well as compassionate care approaches. I am a Certified Counselling Therapist with The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as a Certified Counselling Supervisor. Since 1999, I have lectured in The Faculties of Arts and Education at The University of British Columbia (Vancouver campus). I am also the Clinical Director of The Adler Centre, a non-profit counselling clinic where I supervise Master’s in Counselling practicum students. I hold a PhD from the University of British Columbia; MPhil from King’s College, London (UK) and an MA from Adler University. I’m a Certified Adlerian Therapist (CAC) with the Adlerian Psychology Association of BC and a Diploma Holder of the Institute for Individual Psychology - Adlerian Society (UK) in London. Presently I am pursuing part-time further training in Jungian Analysis at the C.G. Jung Institute in Küsnacht, Zurich, Switzerland. I also sing in the bass section of The Vancouver Bach Choir and am a former professional viola player.
